If chimeratech goes to the grave and I reborn it, would it still have it's atk. since the card states the atk he gains becomes his original atk? Would I still be able to atk that many times also if I used so many fusions in the monster?

Unfortunately you can't bring it back from the graveyard in the first place. Chimeratech Check the first line again...

"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon..."

the word "except" in there indicates that its a NOMI monster, unable to be reborn, and on top of that, the only way to special summon would be via a fusion summon, so you would have to fusion summon from the graveyard, which no card exists to do so.
