Its texts says that it has two attributes: Light and Dark. Is it optional? Also, as long as the card is face up, it negates effects of spell, trap and monster cards. Is this optional? I'm guessing not becuase it's a continous effect, but how will this deal with other continous effect on the field? (Swords of Reveling Light, Lord of D, Solemm Wishess for example). The third part of the text I really dont get it, is ti optional? Do I use it when an effect is negated? Someone please help me. Thanks

Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card's attribute is also treated as "Dark". When this card is face-up on the field, negate all activation of effect Monsters, Spell, and Trap cards. It means it is also treated as DARK, meaning it is not optional. Second it only negates ACTIVATIONS and it is not optional, third every time an effect is negated it's atk will decrease, not optional either.

This card has NOT been released yet so rules and text are subject to change, you are rather not be looking for an answer in this forum but in OCG forums...

About this part: "Select 1 Monster in your Graveyard, then Destroy all cards on your side of the field and Special Summon the chosen monster from the Graveyard to your side of the field.". Is the LaDD also destroyed? If it is so, what's the point of reducing its attack? I think this is some part of the text that should be changed, don't you think?

That's why you select the monster from the graveyard and summon it.

EDIT:
When there are two of these cards on both sides of the field and a Spell, Trap or monster Effect activates, the turn player who activated the card needs to activate his/her "Light and Darkness Dragons" effect as well, since the effect is Compulsory, and needs to be resolved before Priority switches to the opponent. The opponent's "Light and Darkness Dragons" effect will not be activated since the target's effect has already been negated.
