If i chained 2x reckless greed, do i miss my next 2 draw phases or four??

2. The effect of reckless greed is not cumulative, it overlaps. I'm guessing that's the reason it is semi-limited.

Only if you activate them in the same turn. Otherwise, if you were to activate them on separate turns, they would affect your next turns as applicable.

You can't chain cards to each other if you activate them on different turns :p

Of course not. But, if you activated Reckless Greed in your turn (Main Phase 1), you would skip your next 2 Draw Phases. If you activated a second Reckless Greed in your opponents turn, you have not yet had a Draw Phase, so again, you would be skipping your next two Draw Phases.

Same result, no chain.
