Can you make a super senses roll on mind control

If a fig has RCE and you perplex their damage is the final damage total: regular damage+RCE+perplex?

Yes, you can make a super senses roll on a mind control attempt. Super senses does not require the attack to be a damaging attack and can be used to avoid an attack altogether.

Under RCE:
"No other powers may increase this character's damage value or damage dealt when this character uses Ranged Combat Expert."

So you can't perplex their damage when using RCE.
