hey all this is the deck that i have been running for the past 3 weeks and it has done really well againest a wide varity of decks.
here is what my friends call:
God's Skittles
Monsters- 18
3 Cyber Dragon
3 Cyber Phoenix
2 Green Gadget
2 Red Gadget
2 Yellow Gadget
2 Exiled Force
2 DD Assailant
1 DD Warrior Lady
1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole
Spells- 15
3 Smashing Ground
2 Enemy Controller
2 Shrink
1 Lightning Vortex
1 Heavy Storm
1 MST
1 Pot of Avarice
1 Confiscation
1 Snatch Steal
1 Reinforcement of the Army
1 Limiter Removal
Traps- 9
3 Sakuretsu Armor
3 Trap Dustshoot
1 Mind Crush
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Ring of Destruction
the deck got its name because for some reason for like 5 duels in a row i opend up with 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 green gadget. my other firend who was watching said "hey if there was a purple gadget you sooo have Skittles in your hand."
This looks very similar to Dario Lango's build from Worlds...
To be fair, he added a DD Warrior Lady, cut a RotA (huh?), removed Mirror Force (...), Bottomless, Spell Shield, and Widespread for 3 Sak. Armor. It is nothing like Longo's deck at all.
On a more serious note, the only change you made that I find to remotely improve the original list is cutting the Spell Shield. The rest of your changes sort of screw up what was good about the deck. Widespread is better than Sak Armor, and MF is always better than both. RotA plays around the Dustshoots, and Bottomless actually eats a Cyber Dragon.
Play Messenger of Peace. Put the RotA back in, and MF while you are at it. Trade out Sak Armors for Widespreads. I find Giant Rat to be attractive in this deck. Search for a Gadget, Exiled, or Mole. Promotes board presence.
belive me or not, the only thing that i used from Dario's deck was the trap line up that i changed to better suit my playing style.
i had 3 exileds and 2 RotA's but i cut 1 for a mole and the other for a 3rd cyber phoenix.
i personally like saks over widespreads beacuse i have more of a choice. if my oppent drops a cyber and a reaper/don, i have to hit the cyber with it.
the reason for only 1 RoTa is because i think 5 warriors is only enough for 1, i usaully have atleast 1 warrior in my opening hand. gadgets thin out the deck so i draw them fairy quickly anyway. i can see why you would like to see another 1 in here thou.
also very few people in my area play dustshoots for some reason.
hmm i might actually try the rat again now that i think about it.
i tried a rat before, i didnt like having to wait for my oppenent to kill it. ive come to the conclusion that you cant always depend on your oppenet to attack.
(God i miss the old days when nobady cared what was in the back row, they just swung all willy-nilly and didnt care if it was a searcher. lol)
as for the mirror force i sold my only 1. i made 20 bucks for lunch.....i was hungry.

I'd test something like the above deck. I'm not a huge fan of the D.D. Family in your build, but if it works against your meta then great.
Dropping a few comments on my "Pacman for locals (Aug 18th)" deck in the deck depot would be appreciated.
Probably about a week for the cards to get here if you ship them from CA. I just received something from Canada that was mailed on 8/7. Depends how you ship it. If it goes First Class it might be faster.
