- Dimension Fusion (bad for late games, also helps opponent)
- Soul Release (don't like this card, personal preference)
- E. Con. x2 (not needed)
- Bazoo The Soul Eater x2 (just no need for this, IMO)
- Triggered Summon (you got frontlike base)
+ Roll Out! x3 (use union support)
+ Frontline base x2 (same as above)
+ Y-Dragon Head (supports roll-out)
+ Z-Metal Tank (same as above)
Okay, just some fixes you don't have to follow them just my opinion. Also give Burial from a Different Dimension a try and Miracle Dig, just they work well with roll-out.
:ermm:
I did ask you to list why you specified these changes. I cannot know why you suggested them, and so until you do, I will not leave a rate or fix for you deck. I do thank you for at least contributing something thought
Triggered Summon looks awful. I would cut it immediately. It is just a -1 and promotes your opponents board advantage, and it is highly unlikely that any of your monsters will be better than the opponents on their turn. I'd replace it with Mirror Force.
Soul Release isn't needed at all. Bazoo will do the trick more often than not. That said, 3 return effects are too much. I'd cut the D. Fusion and 1 RftDD. 3 Shining Angel also seems like too many. Cutting one seems to be a good idea. Magical Merchant is really weak in this deck. It doesn't provide you with any kind of advantage. I'd play Card Trooper here. I'd say a Snatch Steal is better than one of the Shrinks. Cyber Dragon plays nicely... in any deck. Card Destruction is just a bad -1 in this deck. Cyber Phoenix fits perfectly. Widespread Ruin is usually better than Sak. Armor. Goat
I used to have a deck like this myself, and I found that Return from the Different Dimension is vital to success. Also, if you are running 2 Return from the Different Dimension, you need 2 Dust Tornado, and a Giant Trunade. The biggest issue against using Return is Bottomless Trap Hole, and if you chain Return to anything, it will stop them from hitting you with that.
-1 Triggered Summon
-1 Shrink
+2 Dust Tornado
That covers you fairly well regarding Return. Remember that you can use Dust Tornado to set Return in your opponent's End Phase, which is the best possible set-up you can get without Heavy Storm.
-1 Soul Release
With Soul Release, you will be using it mostly on yourself anyway, thus...
+1 Soul of Purity and Light
After that, just add a Roll-out!
+1 Roll-out!
You should, if you have the chance, always open with Magical Merchant or Shining Angel. They both get more pieces in either the Graveyard of the Field, and help thin out your deck. Once you get the combo going, then it should work out fairly well. One of the best plays for the midgame is when you have one XYZ piece in the Graveyard, summon Snipe Hunter, discard one to blow something up, use them to Summon Soul of Purity and Light, then play a Return or Dimension Fusion. That will hurt. Another good play is to try and Remove Jinzo with Bazoo, to make sure they can't mess with you once you Return.
If there is anything else I'd add to the deck, it would be another Roll-out, but that's just my personal style, I would leave it up to you on that one.

[1]Return from a Different Dimension
[1]Call of The Haunted
[2]Widespread Ruin
[1]Torrential Tribute
[1]Mirror Force
Hope this helps.
Some of your fixes make quite bit of sense here, but I do agree with Alien Poppa... two returns are necessary here. I like to run at least one D.Fusion because I can't get XYZ out with Jinzo out on the field at the time via Rftdd. However Alien Poppa, I will stay away from Roll out. I'm not a fan of it much but thank you for your time. I will be sure to return your rats and fixes here
Alright let's see what we've got going on here. I like the monster line up for the most part.
The one thing I can see that would help speed up this deck again is Card Destruction. I don't think I need to go into great detail here, it's a faster version of Morphing Jar, granted you don't always get 5 cards. It still helps to dig for Dimension Fusion/Return from the Different Dimension faster, loads the graveyard for Bazoo, etc, etc. I'm not 100% sure how I'd feel about running the Trooper/Duplication combo here, but it could also load up your graveyard in a hurry. Granted Trooper will probably be getting cut down to 1 in a few weeks.
I feel like there's something obvious I want to add but I can't quite figure out what it is. I'm not sure how Double Summon would work in this deck, I'm going to start experimenting with it in my Six Samurai deck soon.
Oooohh. Maybe that's the answer. How do you think Reasoning would work in this deck? I know this is way out from left field, but the way I look at it, it's almost a win, win. If you hit and of the XYZ monsters with Reasoning, they'll either hit your field for a free special summon, or they'll be in the graveyard for Bazoo to remove from play. Maybe you'd need to juice up on Bazoo's or tweak your monster lineup a bit, but it could be interesting.
How well do Shrink and Enemy Controller work for you? They are the two things I'd be concerned about. I'd also add Giant Trunade so you have something else to chain Return from the Different Dimension to.

Good job.
I like the shrinks and Econ's because I can at least get to either weaken tougher monsters or I can control the board for at least a good turn or two which should be enough time to get the ball rolling. With certain things needing a change, I feel that at least it is important enough to try a new fix which may be Reasoning. With what appears to be a reduction of Smashings, A loss of Snatch Steal and reduction of Snipe Hunter, I guess at best it would be a good card to run for this deck. Thanks for the unseen tech. I'll test it and see how it runs
