What about shrink instead of Rush Recklessly?

I was thinking of side-decking shrink, personally I like Rush better :classic:

for the gear dragon,i dont see why hes in there cause you need gadgets to tribute so he can have effects if i am correct.

you are right if I wanted the FULL potential out of my dragon. But it has enough as it is, it still has the "if this card attacks, no spells or traps can be activated until the end of the damge step" line, even if he's not tributed with the gadget monsters. Plus, he's able to be special summoned (unlike a certain golem):classic:

Demonic is right. Unless I'm wrong, I don't even think the dragon gets the 'no traps/spells when attacking' thing. Get rid of em' for two Golems, and you'll be good to go.

But the text on the dragon says if you summon this card by tributing the following monsters... not you must tribute summon this card by tributing the following monsters. So wouldn't that mean you can summon him without gadgets?



I think there was also a card that brings an ancient gear monster back to your hand which might be good to use, also you could use Ancient Gears and machine duplication to get more monsters that you can use for tributing.

ok, here's his effect:

[Machine/Effect] If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing any of the following monster(s), this card gets the appropriate effect(s): * Green Gadget: During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. * Red Gadget: If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, inflict 400 damage to your opponent. * Yellow Gadget: If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle inflict 600 damage to your opponent.

Even if I don't tribute gadgets, I still get the first line of the effect. And, plus it says IF i tribute summon it.
