I thought I remember seeing a thread that said you can use RCE with RS. I can't find the thread now so I'm asking to make sure (yea, I'm sure you guys are tired of answerign the same question over n over) But, I really wanted to find out on my own but RCE says "this power does not work with other super powers" and RS says "This character may use any of his super powers that require a ranged combat action." So after reading that I'm thinking RCE doesn't work with RS. So could som1 tell me and I'm sorry for having to ask this but I can't find the thread I saw b4.

Running Shot CANNOT be used with RCE.

Think of it like this...you stand and carefully aim a gun at a target. You shoot, you hit.

Now try and hit that target while running towards it rather than standing still. You'll almost certainly miss. Therefore you aren't an expert.

You can't use RS and RCE together, because they both require Power Actions to activate it., and you can't use more than 1 Power Action in the same action. Look under Psylockelover's posts in the rules of combat section. He goes everything completely.
