So If I enter battlephase and opponent opens up a mirror force and I get destroyed, I can offer my already set treeborn frog to bring my dragon off the grave?

THen...when I did, they said TRIBUTES acording to the rule book can only be OFFERED in mp1 or mp2....not battle phase.

I read the dragon to them "WHEN THIS CARD IS DESTROYED AND SENT TO THE GRAVYARD"....and I have to be able to activate it´s effect right after he gets destroyed...

and they argue, even if they did lighting vortex, that I wouldn´t be able to revive him if i (somehow) would manage to affer a monster in a chain to his destruction....

So, please help me out on this one...can he attack and offer a monster if he rans into a sakuretsu or mirror force on the same battle phase???

uhhh.............i do belive you can because i was playing a video game once and they did the exact same thing, but i dont know if it matters if there face down. Thats where i am wondering...........but yes when its destroyed you can sak a monste, i just dont know if it has to be face up or not.

They are half-correct.

You can only tribute FOR A TRIBUTE SUMMON during MP1 and MP2, but you can tribute at anytime for effects.

For example, you can activate Enemy Controller's 2nd effect at anytime.

Where on the rule book does it say that tributes can only be made during MP1 or 2?

That would make sooooooooooo many cards useless and ridiculously useless. If you are going to tribute SUMMON, then yes you can only do it during MP1 or 2, but tribute for effects can be done at any time the timing is correct.

Yes it can, as long as the very last thing to happen is Infernal Dragon hitting the grave he can resurrect itself at any time during the turn except during the Damage Step.

What if you wanted to make an Ultimate Offering to Raiza to summon him during their battle phase????

You are doing that through the special ability of Ultimate Offering. AKA It's exception to the rule.
