if i have a face up monster, my opponent summons a monster and activates creature swap, if i chain wing blast to the activation and bounce his monster to the top of his deck. would creature swap still resolve, and he get my monster, and i get nothing.....? my guess is no.

It depends on the exact situation before PWWB resolves. It can go one of two ways:

A.) Your Opponent Has Two or More Monsters
Because Creature Swap does not target, and because your opponent has multiple monsters on the field, both of you will still swap monsters, even though you spun one of them to the top of the deck.

B.) Your Opponent Has Only One Monster
Creature Swap will not switch control of a monster unless both players have a monster that can be swapped to the other side. Since PWWB will spin the opponent's monster to the top of the deck, your opponent will no longer have a monster to swap, so Creature Swap will not resolve properly.
