Alien Hunter's effect: If this card destroys a monster with an A-Counter by battle, it can attack once again in a row.
The japanese ruling says if it kills a monster infected[ with an A-Counter], then attacks again and kills another infected monster. It wouldn't get to attack again.
I don't know, but i'd think it could attack multiple times if it keeps attacking monsters with A-Counters...
So anybody know the english ruling? or if its the same as japanese? or the way i interpretted it?

The english ruling is going to be the same as the japanese ruling.

Unless a monster specifically states that it can attack mulitple monsters, it can only attack as its effect states, "once more". The ruling you are looking for is right under the one for Black Luster Soldier - EotB and Tyrant Dragon.
Actually, the wording would suggest it can attack multiple times. Because he attacks a monster with an a-counter, so he attack once more time. By the wording, if he were to kill another monster with an a-counter, he could attack once more and so on and so on, since he would get the "once more" each time he meets the requirement to get it.
But as per previous discussions on Ruin, Queen of Oblivion, I can verify what these guys are saying, and that he only gets to attack one additional time. So he only gets to attack two times at the most.

Well, the language is the same as BLS. Even though BLS could possibly destroy another monster in Battle (which would be the equivalent of Alien Hunter destroying another monster with an A-Counter), he can only attack once more.
I dont think that Alien Hunter has the same wording that BLS-EofB, BLS says that its effect can only be activated once per turn it doenst matter if he destroy a monster and then he attacks another and destroy it,his effect was already activated that turn so he cant attack for a third time, and alien hunter doesnt put that restriction, i try to look for a ruling for Ruin , queen of the oblivion, but UDE doesnt have any

Which means, you can only choose to either activate his effect to attack twice, or remove a monster from game. Has nothing to do with attacking forever.
