Hey im wonderin, For these cards here can i do the following:

Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise
Lv. 3/Water/Aqua/Effect

Once Per Turn, you can change 1 of your monster that has attacked this turn. If this card is destroyed while in a monster card zone, you can place it face up in your spell and trap card zone instead of sending it to the graveyard.

Scenario with Emerald Tortoise

I have 2 face up Tortoises, they both attack, afterwards can i use their effect to change each other positions?

Lv. 3/Light/Fairy/Effect

When this card is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon as many "Crystal Beast" cards as possible from your Spell and Trap Card Zone. If this card was destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can place it face up in your Spell and Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

The Scenario

Lets say Raiza attacks a Shining Angel, I special summon Ruby, can i special summon any other Crystal Beast cards from my Spell and Trap Card Zone? I wuz told i couldnt so i need clarification with these two monsters.

Scenario #1 - Yes, they are being changed by the other Turtle's effect so it is fine.

Scenario #2 - In this scenario it is fine because it is being special summoned and it does not miss its timing. So you would be able to special summon.
