hey guys i was going through my deck today and was baffled with this. if i used swords of conceali ng light, turning their monsters face down in defence, what would happen if i then normal summoned a monster and attacked one of those face down monsters? would they flip up, or stay face down, i would be able to attack them at all with the effect of the magic card still in play?

The flip face down effect only occurs when you first play Swords. When you attack and a monster is flipped face up, its battle position is not changed.

The effect only flips them face down when it activates, they can be flipped face up if attacked, but the opponent can't flip them up on his own until the effect wears off. You can still target the monsters
