monsters with ? in their atk consider to take their effect also in the deck and grave?

if ihave in my grave a maju d.eiza and 2 cards removed can i play dark calling considering the fact that my d.gaia atk will be the rock monster atk+800?

monsters with question marks for ATK/DEF are treaded as having 0 ATK/DEF when they are not on the field. so if you dark calling a monster in your grave with a question mark for ATK and say, Granmarg, Dark Gaia will only have 2400ATK

Actually thats not entirely true, they aren't considered having 0 Atk points while in the deck, their parameters are undefined.

Deck Wraith is right.......so it basicaly means you couldnt search it with a searcher that states under 1500 attack since its attacks is undefiend.......

But for the most part, its considered 0.........
