okay i have a problem with both of these cards. here's the problem

if i have bountiful on the field and my opponent activates a counter trap and i chain solemn, do i draw 2 cards or only one since 2 counter traos where activated. or does it follow the seven tools ruling where i would only draw one card? same question with meltiel but add sanctuary in the sky into it.

Yes, the effect activates for only one because one Countertrap is negating the activation of the other, so technically, only one ever really activates, so only one is "seen" by the Counter-fairies, in order for their effects to resolve.
