Cyber Valleys first effect... Can it be activated if it is face-down and selected as an attck target?

theres already a post exactly half way down this page about this mate, i asked it lol, then i traded it! cyber valley's effects can only be activated while its face up. so its up to you, you summon it in attack ur opponent wont attack coz u just get to draw one card and bugger up their battle phase.

Its still a good card!! The hard part about it is leaving it face-up for a Fissure or Lightning Vortex to take it out (which is what usually happens when someone tries to Valley Dup me... lol), but it is a good deterrent to a attack, since it stops the Battle Phase.

Hopefully you got something good for it anyway. I still need one more myself, but Im somewhat content with 2 so far.

I want one. It'd really help me annoy some people, plus, it fits my cyber theme.
