can i use prisma and alius to fusion summon rainbow neos..... because of the wording on rainbow neos that says" except by Fusion Summon with the above Fusion Material Monsters."


this worries me as they are big tributes in my rainbow neos deck

Yes, you can use the two of them for the summoning of Rainbow Neos. The reason being is that they're not "substituting" for the monsters, but their names ARE the listed monster's. The mechanics of the game views them as same monsters in this regard.
