lol This F****** card is P***** me off my brother runs this F****** Card and im running a yubel dark i wanna know how in the h*** to destroy his a** and is there any kind of ruling on his two affects someone please help me out lol thanx
There are no posted rulings, and is easily defeated, just use cards that "don't" destroy monsters, for instance: Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Jujitsu Master, Raiza, Share the Pain, Ectoplasmer, etc. etc. etc.
Either that, or you could whittle his hand away so he's unable to use Prime's effect.
The ever-so-useful Shrink can work wonders as well. Brings Prime down to a wimpy 1200ATK; even Armageddon Knight can take care of things at that point.

yeah thats true lol but my deck isnt really complete yet so but i was just wandering and what abou this second affect when he gains life points? and thoughts on that? and could yall fix or rate my deck? thanx
That LP gaining effect isn't really much of a problem unless you're running a burn deck. In fact, you have to be careful at times with him, because if you run cards such as Ceasefire, Magic Cylinder, Reflect Bounder, etc., your opponent will GAIN LP. Prime Material Dragon's LP effect works for both players, which not many people seem to realize (which has saved my butt in quite a few duels, actually).
Yea, both nice ideas, but neither will work, Prime Material Dragon won't work against "maintance costs" such as Mirror Wall OR an effect such as Immortal of Thunder, since it doesn't INFLICT damage it only makes the opponent lose LP.
PS. Exiled can destroy Prime if your opponent does not discard.

ok but will his affect work on mirror force or how bout torrential tribute or bottomless trap hole?
It will work against any effect that destroy a monster(s), including Mirror Force, Torrential, BTH, TH, Sak Armor, etc. etc. etc. This of course, as long as the controller has cards in his/her hand.

lol ugh i hate this stupid card lmao!! ok what about solemn judgment i know it cant destroy that because its a counter trap
Problem is that Solemn Judgment does not destroy monsters, so even though it's a Counter Trap, there isn't any relationship.
What are you talking about? The last part of Solemn Judgment's text states "and destroy the Spell Card, Trap Card, or Summoned monster." How is that not destroying a monster? O_o
The main reason Prime Material Dragon cannot do anything about Solemn Judgment is because Solemn is a Spell Speed 3 effect, while Prime is only Spell Speed 2. Also, since Solemn Judgment negates the summon of the monster, it technically never hits the field (unless it's a Flip Summon), so it's not a legal requirement for Prime to negate anyway.

You can also go with some "old school" tactics and equip Big Bang Shot to your opponents Prime Material Dragon.
Here you win three fold:
1. If they decide to attack and "trample" your monster, they will actually take the trample damage instead, due to some funky wording on the card.
2. Simply play your Heavy Storm (you know you were about to wipe out the back field anyway) and Prime Material Dragon will get sent (not destroyed) out to the RFP zone.
3. When not using this tactic, you can always boost your own monster to give a nice 400 ATK boost and trample ability.
