i think you are right, 42 cards isn't that bad anymore with the draw power plus solemn owns in all decks

possibly... -1 Caius for an Il Blud
never used to like Il Blud... but yeah good synchro fodder, good effect and easy to get on the field.
but other than that... the deck looks good,
