Treacherous Trap Hole
Normal Trap
Destroy 2 monsters on the field. You cannot activate this card if you have any Trap Cards in your Graveyard.
I think this is pretty interesting. It's draw back really isn't that hard to work around though it does help the card to be a bit more balanced. My gut feeling is that people will be afraid of the activation cost and will shy away from using it. It has a lot of potential, especially in a Macro Cosmos deck.
I like the card a lot. It could be good in decks with few traps. I would have to test it to know for sure but a two for one is almost always welcome imo.
...but a two for one is almost always welcome imo.
This sums up my feelings. It's always worth trying to figure out a way to use and abuse a card that's a two for one. I can't wait to mess around with this, though it'll probably be an Ultra Rare.
Right now I think Macro Cosmos would be the best place to run this, though you might need to include a Diskblade Rider in that deck to clean up any of the Traps that do manage to end up in the graveyard. I'll have to think about it a little. Should be a lot of fun to test out at the very least.
well i personally only use like....three traps anyway. so i could prob fit this in pretty easy. but man....macro with this could be a beast play. good thing too. macro dont get the love it deserves.

Personally I still think the deck would need Solemn Judgment/Dark Bribe to protect the Macro set up, but you could easily fit Mask of Darkness in to help grab those back when they are sent to the graveyard.
lol. but wont they be removed by macro anyway? so you wont need to grab them fro mthe grave. but that is a good way to go about it. persoanlly i think soul release could help out. you can remove all/any traps you have plus, you can remove a couple cards from your opp as well.
...as said, it works best in a Macro Cosmos Deck really.
Besides Diskblade Rider, there is also Trap of Darkness (though that'll only replace itself =P). Sadly, they both only remove Normal Trap Cards and with higher counts of Counter Trap Cards used, that could be a bit of a problem.
And it's not like Trap-recurssion is used that much anyways so you don't need to worry about all the removal.

Not necessarily. What happens when your opponent destroys your Macro Cosmos? It's sent to the graveyard. Bye bye Treacherous Trap Hole.
Of course, that's why in my "Macro" Deck (more like "total Removal"), I have the Banishers in there too, lol.
Which should cover most of the bases. I just don't like to rely on the fact that you'll always have either Banisher of the Radiance or Macro Cosmos on the field, because odds are you won't.
I actually have had them out most of the time...(though, 3 copies of each for 9 cards with the same effect will do that coupled with being able to use Chaos Greed like Pot of Greed XD)
