Well, I’ll admit it. I’m a sucker for Spellcasters. I love them so much, and they tend to be my most successful decktype, seeing as how both my Gravekeeper’s and Dark Magician decks are my strongest. So, I was obviously ecstatic when I discovered this card a couple days after everyone else did.
Secret Village of the Spellcasters
Field Spell
If you control a Spellcaster-type monster and your opponent does not, your opponent cannot activate Spell cards. If you control no Spellcaster-type monsters, you cannot activate Spell cards.
Ok. Wow. Is Konami pulling my leg? This card is so unbelievably god-like… Okay, so I’m exaggerating a little. But you have to admit that it is an immense card, and one that almost single-handedly pushes Spellcasters over the top. Being able to cut your opponent off from spells is incredible, and the Village’s requirements are a piece of cake to achieve. So, today I’m just going to build a Spellcaster deck, focused on using Village to the fullest.

Well, there’s the deck. It runs pretty simply. You just use Secret Village to incapacitate your opponent, and follow up with a swarm of Spellcasters. After a short while, you’ll probably have a Tempest Magician and a large number of Spell counters on the field, so feel free to blast for game. Really, if Spellcasters top a Shonen, I’m coming out of semi-retirement just to play Spellcasters. If they don’t top a Shonen, I want to see the wants of anyone with a spare Tempest… I need three. Night’s End Sorcerors too. And Secret Village. So, yeah… let me know.
Well, that’s it. I think this is a really good Spellcaster deck for this format, but most of the builds I’ve seen recently are really good. Tempest, Night’s End, and Secret Village are REALLY good cards, and I predict that there will be a whole slew of Spellcaster decks coming into competitive play. Until next time, take the time to try out these new cards. You may be looking at the deck that topples Tele-DAD.
Bonus Useless Fact: I went as the Joker for Halloween. But was I satisfied with being the Joker? Oh, no I wasn’t. I just HAD to be the Joker in his Nurse Uniform.
i've got a question though... you're running toon gemini elfs... and toon table of content with no toon world... are they just a distraction? cause you can't play them without toon world...
edit:
nevermind, just checked the rulings... u can play them, just not attack directly with them... am i correct?

Yep. The TTOC's are for milling and Spell Counter generating.
like i said the decks good but i cant afford soloms :embarrassed: and i dont like running traps but in that case i would be running the circle but wit 3x circle and 3x decree where would the other 5 cards go
No Magical Dimensions? After the field spell, that's probably their best support card in the game... It can't even be stopped by Stardust Dragon.
Also, when I tested my own version of Spellcasters not too long ago (somewhat different build from your's, more of an Apprentice version), I felt that Magician's Circle was too slow for this game. But then again, I only ran two copies of it, and my build wasn't as suited to attacking as this one.

Magical Dimension lost a lot of luster with the banning of DMoC. If you really wanted it though, Magical Marionette is a solid choice. The deck can use a bit more monster destruction anyways.
EDIT: Dr.Card, I just want to say, nice Watchmen avatar :)

It also gives you another way of summoning Night's End Sorcerer to the field to remove some potential threats, such as Malicious, Plaguespreader, a couple of Lightsworn, etc..
