Ok, so it looks like I won't be able to get my hands on 2x Allure of Darkness for my GK Synchro deck by SJC LA. What are the best uber cheap ways to speed up a deck?

Probably Card Destruction/Hand Destruction, but still, you're going to a Sjc where there will be 400 ppl minimum.. with vendors at the place too.. looking for a super promo worth no more than 4$.. seriously, how hard can it be to find like, 15 allure playsets or so ?

Main problem is cash... as in, I have none. But, I will be trying to trade/sell my way to the perfect deck at the event. I'm just being Pessimistic about it, so that I'm not disappointed.

I still think the SE version of Allure of Darkness is going to be the cheapest and most effective in your deck. The Allure of Darkness Ultra Rares are going for $10 a piece right now, I've seen the Super Rare versions going for about $7.50 each on eBay, vendors usually have them cheaper. Honestly I think you are better off saving an extra 20 bucks so you have it and you aren't running a sub-optimal deck at a Shonen Jump.

I'll echo what they said. Super Allures ARE the cheapest way to speed up a deck.

Yeah, in cases like these, how holo/rare a card is doesn't matter; Super Allures will work fine. If not Allures, then as said, Card Destruction or Hand Severing can work well and, while not SUPER speedy, Ryko could help mill the Deck down a little as could Morphing Jar or other similar things.

You should be able to find them, with soo many players and vendor and whatnot, but you could also try Reckless Greed (though it may not be suited for your deck).

Eh, these days, Reckless Greed is too big a risk with you losing your next 2 Draw Phases in HOPES you draw something good out of those 2 immediate cards and the only way to really take advantage of it was using 2-3 copies at once, which the chances of happening now are slim to none.
