Apparently they are in the hands of WizKids now. You likely won't be able to download them anywhere. Your best chance is that someone will PM you and arrange to email them to you. And if that someone is out there, PLEASE PM ME TOO!!!

are they "Hey you can't do things like this to change our game" hands of Wizkids or the "Hey this is a great idea and we are going to mass market it" hands of wizkids??

Biggdawg: From what i understand, I believe it is the second.. I expect WK to eventually announce S7 as a sanctioned format.

Biggdawg, if you'd like the rules, request that someone send them to you. I had several distinguished members of this forum offer to email them to me within minutes of my initial post in this thread (Thanks again guys!). Or if you can wait, I'd be able to email them to you on Wednesday if you PM me your email address. I'm sure once you look at them, you'll be hoping for WizKids to introduce them as a sanctioned event.

I actually had a local BM offer to send them to me about 5 mins after my last posting J_Youngblood. However I do thank everyone for there help.

I personally think that the S7 rules have been a godsend for myself and other Mechwarrior fans (at least locally). The standard game was getting cheesy/boring with the same armies winning all the time. I highly enjoy the Solaris rules and the new modifications have brought about a renewed excitement in the game. WK please don't tweak anything too bad, I liek the game exactly as it is.

Joker- that is an older link, there is a much bigger, more descriptive ruleset out there now. If you hang on a bit, I will be able to post a link of some solaris rules a friend of mine made up. I do not have the link now, but the rules are supposedly made out of spite against wizkids. It also gives experience based on kills and combat rather than by what place you come in, so no more sitting around waiting for everyone else to die! I will try to have a link by tomorrow!
