Interesting dial. How many people will be able to successfully get that thing to its sweet spot. If they succeed, they are golden but if not, that 21 or 22 defense right before it is not that hard to pound right past that magic 24.

Good stats, but I do not understand the reason to gain heavy armor later in the dial... What that mean? Some kind of "adaptive armor" or something?
