I think your army looks excellent. Played right, it will be tough to beat. Since you're using Nagasawa, I assume your planning to go "toe-to-toe" with your opponent ... playing the entire game in his deployment zone, right? Nagasawa's perfect for that. Haag, on the other hand. You might want to try J. Sterling, that is, if your have her yet. Same points as Haag (128), but better in close. Also, that Partisan is a little redundant with two Donars to rule the skies. And the Trikes and Peasants don't add much offensive threat. Dragon Fury players are all about offense, aren't they?
Here's just a thought ... take out the Partisan, Trikes, and Peasants ... put in a Shun (47 pts.), Kagemusha (23 pts.), and a Gnome (20 pts.) Better for basing ... and killing artillery, and ordinance vehicles, and repair vehicles. Still adds up to 600 pts., unless my calculations are off.
Yeah the partisan is mainly for AnP. I mean if a vtol comes around into my range (and its not a ROTS Balac :)) I am sure i will pop it. But it is mainly in there for infantry. As for the Haag/Tomoko combo. I thought this would be good. You have haag which is a treat to infantry/tanks/mechs/Vtols etc. She has a hella attack. The main reason why i chose her is Ballistic dmg. The only other Ballistic dmg i have the partisan and schmitt. If they are playing infantry heavy i could be in trouble without the partisan and Haag. I know the schmitt would take some out but he would be quickly based. I just like the have an evenly balanced force with half energy/ballistic. Lets see Energy= tomoko,donarx2,trikes Ballistic:
Partisan,Haag,Schmitt,maxim,peasant(if you count him).
This is a nice army if you like the DI Schmitt, I personally would replace it with a M1 Marksman. I have killed two schmitt's in one-on-one battles. Use lots of blocking terrain expecially after losing piercing and getting streaks.
the wheels are a pain when you hve hindering also.
Imroved targeting with 10 is better then only 11.
Of course you better pracitce using a M1 if your used to the DI
I'd switch Tomoko Nagasawa out for a A. Kirasawa if you have one. Its cheaper and I think its a lot better mech (I've actually killed 2 Nagasawas using that mech), it can function as a high speed charger and can counter other chargers with its agility. You can use the extra points to upgrade somthing and/or throw a couple more infantry.

dude DI Schmitt has a 11 attack with IT! one of the way player use it is hide it behind blocking terran and shoot it at people.. 5AP, 2/12 range, 11 attack w/ IT, 20 def w/ reflective armor.. it's an upgrade for just 4 more points than the marksman... but the marksman got 20def w/ heavy armor +2 from evade... so it's easy to break... but w/ a min range of 3" everything can base it, rather the Schmitt got a 2" so it can only be base at its sweet spot(on the side excaltly on its center)... soo basily the only thing the marksman got going for it is it's affective 22def... and maybe streak missile...
