Haven't posted any armies in a while, so Here we go!
now, both armies are VERY similar, but are composed with Different mechs...
Army 1:

basically my army takes one of three stances, based on the Opposing army type:
Chargers/Vtols: Infantry huddles 'round Yulri, and the Arty/Transports, hoping, keeping charge at bay, hopefully while taking out the support, or at worst, witteling down the chargers.
Artillery: Here I'll use the dual trike formations to tie up enemy assets while the padillia's shell and yulri moves up-feild (in watter of course)
Fatties: Use my Arty to coax them within 16-14 inch range, and HOPE for a good hit...If they choose to fire back, my artillery will be there to GAURENTEE Dammage (or at least threaten it)
Army 2:

This one is conceptually the same as the first, but with more infantry support...(and more anti-infantry units)
I do notice the weakness of having one of the Padillias out-side of a Transport, but the points just worked so well this way...
Any comments, criticism and advice is greatly appreciated.
I like #1, but with CA out you might want to try Army #2 but with the Single Paddilia replaced by an Arrow IV for more anti Infantry. Also you could take out the donar and replace it with an AA Defender (after shaving off a few points someware) But they are good armys :) Those fenrir's are tough lil Buggers if you base Enemy Infantry then you will tear them a new one :)
I like number 2 except ditch the donar and one trike squad and throw in an SW lampry with either tora's claw or a clan battle armor. The lampry is a lot better vtol, its good by itself, esp for the points and it can be brutal in a quick support role when loaded with good jj infantry.
Yeah, I playtested the SW one against a SC Arnis, Donnar, Infantry army, #1 OWNED!!! Of course I didn't play with terrain and probably not nessisarily how a REAL opponent would play...I've noticed that Yulri should do well Baby-Sitting Artillery against VTOLS (16" range does well against everything, well, except "The" balac (SS)) I VERY MUCH intend to swap a Padillia for the Arrow IV when it comes out...)

VERY nice point...and I've considered it before, but I think I may go with the Donnar for 3 reasons 1) I can use it to match (nearly) the Move-Shoot range of some of the VTOLS out there...thus let'n me Doe some punishment against them...2) It does Energy Dammage (something my army lacks)...3) I don't have a Merc Balac to take the role mentioned in Point1.
I like Yulri's range, he's got one of the longest ballistic ranges I've seen so far on some of our 'mechs. He must do good against chargers and artillery units. Can't wait to get my hands on an Arrow IV, MHI Artillery, and the Rifleman. All SW of coarse. I'm just wondering how well the rifleman is going to be range wise, if it is a good long range 'mech, I might substitue it in the Kriya Wolf army of mine. I also hope the Heat dial is decent on the Rifleman, too bad it's not AA tho.
