I heard a rumor from my local venue today about the supplies of CounterAssault. They said they had heard from their distributer that that factory in China that is making the CounterAssault boosters burned down recently, so supplies of CA are going to be limited for a while. I haven't heard this anywhere else, but I thought I'd toss it out and see if anyone else has heard something similar.

Well, frankly, if that is true, chances are WK will give a press release or something. At the very least they would tell the retailers to explain why there is shortages.

Supplies are always short at release time. The figures we are getting now were probably made 3 months ago.

Hah! They are too afraid that there would be droves of people combing through the ashes looking for a Ric Raisho or some such, that's why no announcement. ;)

Actually, when I talked to one of our local vendors Tues, he said that they may be passed out to the stores on an allotment system. He didn't say if that was thier distributor or WK's doing.

Seems every place I've called in Louisville & Indianapolis gives me the same answer on if they're getting the CA boosters is "We don't know or when." Can't tell if that's CSR's being stupid or just not really knowing.

Nope, my venue got two cases that were in the store yesterday. They were even selling them ealy to us. Out of the 6 or so of us that bought boosters (about 4 or 5 boosters per person), we pulled 2 Yu Huangs, 1 Kodiak, the SS Sphinx, and I pulled the SC Thunderbolt as uniques.

But think about it,if WK anounced that the factory burned down there would be a mad rush to buy as much CA as you could, to get what you needed/wantd before it sold out.

My dist. had limited supply. Out of the two cases I ordered they could only send me 40 packs. They said a reorder would be in about a week or so. It's just supply and demand. People are demanding more than the supply is. We'll have plenty of MararderIIs. So don't worry.

My venue had to go to a second dis to get some cases the reason why. His regular dis went to get there cases off the truck and found a 3000 to 4000 poundpallet had squished 14 cases flat. All those Bounty Hunters....

Well, I know a friend from Canada, Who will not have CA till maybe the marque O_o and its very possible, Also i dought WK would ever cop to this, Find a Place for a major chinease news paper, if it will be anyware it would be their.
