As it has always been with WizKids releases, units and rules/FAQs are not legal for play in officially sanctioned events until 2 weeks after their release date. This gives everyone sufficient time to look over and digest the new stuff before they have to sit across the table from it.

If your venue posted one of the January storylines on or after the 21st, then you are free to use your new CA units.
