CA Marquee Thought - What SS or Liao piece would you use?

I was thinking... (I know, I know, "Must be hard" Ha, ha).
Anyway...
For the CounterAssault Marquee, it states that you can bring one Liao or one Swordsworn piece in order to represent which faction you will play for in the Marquee. Due to the fact that some folks will get CA boosters before the event, what would YOU use for your piece?
It could be very scary if someone brought a Yu Huang as their Liao piece. Of course...it would also be funny if they also pulled a DF Marauder II from their boosters and couldn't use it because it would put them over on point totals. :)
I am thinking of either the SSw J-37 or an Elite Liao mech worth at least 225 points. If I play SSw, I will want the ability to repair or carry a vehilce. If I play Liao, I want the ability to use Awe.
Hey- DON'T FORGET- You CAN'T make ranged attacks over 6" in the Marquee- DON'T Bother with long-ranged combat units. I'll probably bring Ion Murphy (who I just recieved randomly in the mail, thnx wizkids random prize suppport) as the rules state nothing about arty attacks
Yeah, something with short ranges (0-6 or so) and multi-target with as big a damage as possible. I'm thinking it's going to be a combo of in your face and artillery (depending on what gets pulled). I haven't decided on a unit or faction but I'm looking at AntiP, AP, Pulse Rapid Strike etc. Although last night i did pulol the Ti Ts'ang & the Yu Huang. (sad to say the 2 guys next to me got 2 SC Marauders and the DF Marauder). So we'll see what else I get before I make a final decision.
I may bring a Liao Rifleman if I get one before-hand. It's low range doesn't matter, and it is elite and just over 225 points. Giving serious thought to the Liao Shockwave tho... 22 decoy... too good. As for SS... a J-37, or Fulcrum, or maybe Jacob Senn.
Because artillery is NOT a ranged combat, it CAN fire outside of 6". Of course...with all the new infiltrating pieces, even that might not be a good thing.
Since the ranges are nerfed, I think this leaves only a few good options:
1. Charges - best range in the game for this scenario.
2. Tank drop - movement is unaffected, so this still outranges most attacks.
3. VTOL move-and-shoot - again, movement is unaffected. Note that the Cavalry VTOLs have short weapons range anyway, so they are barely affected by the rules.
These are pretty much the main game-winning tactics around right now anyway, minus artillery. If I were playing SSw, I think I would take the Balac or J-37. If Liao, the Zahn or something like the Hellstar or any Shen-Yi, which have high defenses against charges and can charge pretty well on their own.
By the way, Valkyrie is right - artillery can only shoot 6 inches. It IS a ranged combat attack, according to the FAQ.
