This may have already been covered, if so, I apologize.
The marquee limits ranged combat to 6". So, what about arty? Is arty a ranged combat order? If so, then AnP (or any ranged SE) would work with it (like has been asked in another thread).
If it is not ranged combat, then I assume the full arty range will be allowed. In that case, what is the minimum for the arty during the marquee? Is it the printed minimum (maximum 'normal' ranged combat) or is it 6"?

Just curious.
It has been covered arty is a ranged combat order thus limited to 6", this makes most pieces fairly inaffective, mortar teams from CA set that have a 4" max will be able to arty out to 6"....heh
What's the minimum range for arty then? Let's say you have a 3/14 (24) piece. Under the marquee rules, the max. for regular ballistic attack is now 6" - which in turn would be the minimum for the artillery. So, in this case, arty could ONLY be used at exactly 6" range (no more, no less) - correct? That would make pretty much all artillery useless.
No it doesnt change the printed limits- a mech with 8/14 range CANNOT start shooting at 6 now, it only changes the limit you can target at.
And why would you want to drop a pog 6 inches in front of you for 2 when you can shoot the target for 3 or 4 for the same cost?
