Can the 0/0/30-etc Artillery figures drop a pog on their own center dot? Does a 0 inch artillery attack constitute a ranged attack?

Wouldn't it technically need to be at least SLIGHTLY off the unit's centre base?

Honestly, I believe I know the answer to my own question. I was just wondering if anyone had the the answer to the center dot question. Not that I believe it would ever come up in an actual game, but i'm curious as to what it would be ruled as.

From what I remember from the rule book, it just has to have the capability to exceed 0 inches when firing, but nothing about having an actual range.

"...must be greater than the maximum range and not more than the artillery range."

Thus, you could not place the pog on the center dot. You could place it mighty close to it though...
