Ok..me and my good friend were looking at organizing a massive world wide MW covention in Cleveland. We would be able to organize travel packages so that it would be mucho cheap for people overseas to come. Were looking at a convention centre downtown that is 4 stories, with 2000 rooms, lots of floor space and 15 mins from the airport. We would like to know how many people from the MWDA community would be interested in comming. We are also featureing CBT and Mechwarrior 4 events, but it is strictly MW.

So who is interested?

Well, to be perfectly frank, it really depends on how "official" it is in WK's book,

In other words, if that Con was the Official National Qualifier or something like that, I'd very strongly consider it. But, if it was simply a Con that happened to have some MWDA games, I would not.

And it would also depend on when it was. A lot of us have blocked our vacations for gencon origins etc and timing is important.
