I know you can't stack the pogs of a single Arty piece e.g. a thumper to cause more damage. Even if the areas overlap you just take the base damage (barring crits).
In a recent game this situation came up;
What happens if you are firing two separate arty pieces at the same target? I assumed that both attacks would count, but my opponents claimed it was stacking and only one set of damage would be taken.
Artillery Units with Multiple Ranged Attacks
Artillery units with multiple attacks place a number of artillery markers equal to the number of targets they can attack. Roll one attack roll for all markers. Resolve the drift direction and distance for each marker, adding 4 to the attack roll if the line of fire to an artillery marker is not blocked. Units in the blast radius of any marker receive damage equal to the damage value of the firer, even if the blast radiuses of several markers overlap each other.
firer is the key word here . . . if you have 2 thumpers you have 2 firers thus while they do not stack together they do both effect the target . . .
EG 2 BR thumpers fire all pogs around Stephanie and a peasant
Resolve thumper 1: 3 pogs 1 damage each, the peasant takes one Stephanie takes none
Resolve thumper 2: 3 pogs 1 damage each, the peasant takes another one and Stephanie still takes none
