Good afternoon. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the problems I am when I try to load/open any of the faction sections in the MYREALMS area of this website. For some reason the time frame to open just a single faction and list everything there is taking over 3 minutes to load. Plus when I edit a faction and add units to the list the screen either comes up with an error message or it just bounces my back to the original edit screen with no change. I have to get out of MYREALMS and go back in just to make sure that the changes I have made. The same thing goes for the army building section of MYREALMS. The same time frame exists for opening a faction's page. At least selections here are saved. I have a T1 connection at work where I do most of my building and a regular 56K connection (phone) at home. I figured my home connection may be causing this time out for some of this but the problem only occurs on this site. Even if this was the case I figured the problem would not occur at work but it does.

Any ideas? And yes, I have emailed both the error message and my issue to the MWRealms site people. I have not gotten any response which is odd.

I have been having the same problem off and on for a couple of weeks. It happens at home (dial up) and at work (T2 line). Don't look for a reply very soon, I have been waiting for a fix/reply on a problem for a couple of months. In the myRealms collection feature 'what you need' all I get is error screens or just a header but no info underneath. I guess it isn't a high priority and I haven't 'contributed' so....

Sorry to hear this. I got a feeling that the information loaded is just too much.

I haven't been able to sync my inventory from Battle Planner for over a week.

Otherwise, I haven't had any problems (I have a cable connection).
