i noticed something recently while i was doing stats for CBT for Antonia Chinn. ...has anyone ever realy given the serial number of the mech a realy close look?

we now have the Jade Falcons coming out in the next set...am i the only one who has spotted this? if memory serves me right.. doesn't the JF use alot of Summoners? ;) food for thought..

if you look at some of the clan mechs in mwda, they are formely Jade Falcon mechs like Shin Wolf or newly manufractured JF mechs like the Jupiter. With so much hardware coming from Clan Jade Falcon it won't be surprising to see the Jade Falcons with the best mechs and vehicles and infantry in the game. It also show that Jade Falcons did NOT disarm and they would have now have the military capabilites pre-clan invasion as they seem to be one of the major source of military hardware in the ROTS.

Also, her Summoner belonged to a JF warrior from the cartoon series. can't remeber whats his name, something malthus.

Antonia Chinn isn't the only one, Erin Johnston's 'Mech's serial number is JF999-84U.

I recently found those cartoons, and I'm watching them from time to time. I could have sworn he was piloting a sunder. Doesn't even look like a summoner! :p


That show is so much fun. Apparently, the awsome is based on clan tech, The infiltrator mk I battle armor is the first BA the IS came up with, The clans created the Hunchback IIc before they even ever saw a hunchback, and Majors are suppose to repeat every plot twist at least 4 times each hour. Like Adam constently saying, "first she tries to destroy us, now she's trying to help us! I don't get it." over and over again. :) Man, that's good television! (good Television = shut brain off)

A sunder is an inner sphere omnimech, actually. The JF designation on 'mechs really doesn't mean much to my eyes since we also have 'mechs that come from other clan origins too, including Hell's Horses, Diamond Shark, and even Smoke Jaguar, I believe. It does seem very likely, though, that the JF faction will receive at least a Thor unique and LE, if not some nons.

Clan designers that developed the HBK IIC did have previous knowledge of the original HBK from records and specs and even the 'mechs themselves taken with them during the exodus. Like the Hunchback, the Awesome existed before the exodus. I'm unsure what the first inner sphere battle armor was, but I don't think it was the Infiltrator. I believe the first was developed by the NAIS after poring over the Gray Death memory core from the Star League facility on the planet Helm. I will attempt to find out what the first model was.

The Gray Death BA was the first, the found some when they found the memory core I do believe :? (I may be wrong though...)
