Cesar Spano hands down. The SS shandra is a better tank at 8 pts less.

no i am forced to say no to Raverrn though Kal isnt the best for 450 pts he is awsome in 1000 or 650 pts games.

Jas Philos isn't a bad piece, especially in formation with two Liao Fulcrums. That formation won me Lies x3 up against Jacob Senn, Barry Segal, a BR Lego, and a SS Agromod. I believe Crow is the worst.

Caser Spano, anything with a 5 attack at starting position(excepting Steel Wolves or infantry) is horrible. I once heard of someone killing him in one DFA attack.
