I hope running will be reduced to 1,5xspeed , so that mechs won't be able to run farther than they can fire any longer! This will also fix charge better than now.

I agree. 1.5x would be a good change and the same as it is in
CBT. ;)
Changing the run rule would further add to the destruction of certain faction specialties. If the run rule is changed, bring back double infiltrate for all pieces. Otherwise, even more people will quit playing DF. Beginning DF players have enough trouble as it is learning how to play this complex faction with their horribly low defense and miserable ranges.
No more rule changes, rule changes are nothing more than a crutch to those who cannot use proper strategies in a game that requires such. Moreover, that my friends is a true JEB statement, enjoy.

Yeah, that is why the majority of the top 16 at last years worlds no longer play the game... not because of terrible rule imbalances, but because they "cannot use proper strategies in a game that requires such'.

I, for one, intend to show that I can be just as stubbornly loyal as all those Highlanders players who have stuck by their faction, even after Melicien Tetro.
More seriously, I think I could adapt to that rule change without too much fuss. On the other change, I do kind of like consistancy in the rules so my first choice would be to leave it alone. I guess I wrote all that just to say I'm not going to complain about it either way.
OK, back to topic- (tosses feather aside, hitches up pants...)
The 1.5 run has been bandied about elsewhere, usually as a suggested house rule. I have not seen anything resembling an official WK test/request/suggestion for it, either here or at WK forum. (I really spend too much time reading this stuff. Note to self: get a life.)
