I have a complete set of the LE pins that came with the LE units and mail in units during the first year of the game.There are 36 of them.My question is,Does any one collect them,Is there a decent market for them¿ E-bay was no help and ever time I have seen them on there they where single pins and NOT a complete set.AnY input would be appericated thanks ß©

There might be a few people who dont have any and would be interested in them, but I think most people who want them already have atleast some of them.

You could probably sell them piecemeal if you want.

I also have seen sets go for a high price on ebay.

so how many are in a complete set? I want them because I intend to get every figure available and I guess that means the pins too cause the go with the figures.

Check out the Wizkids site. All of the orginial senarios from Sept 2002 until July 2003 had 4 pins each.

FYI Back then they used to take every 4th month off. That is why there are 36.

I have to agree with a previous post there -- if there's one pin I'm very interested in, it's the Atlas pin....though I'm not the type to pay US$ for it :p

Well since we are all discussing pins, and no one wants to pay to much for them, what is a reasonable price for pins?

I'm thinking maybe like $3 each or something? What do you all think?

hmmmm I got my pins the hard way, had to win the events and get the figures with them. And of course the send-aways, you had to attend and participate to get the forms. Yeah those were fun days and competition was stiff.

When I traded the LE's, the pin was always part of the deal, and only a few pins were given or traded seperately. Yep, I have a complete set, and they give me Bragging Rights ;) and I won't be selling them off.

Since the mail in figures and event prizes back then had the pins packed separately, don't expect any of the old LE's to come from WK with them now. But you might get lucky, who knows?

I guess if there's a good way to get a good price off the pins is to sell them as a set such as 1 set per campaign.
