I've had this unit for a while, but never really looked at it until today, since I don't play SW at all.

Fresh from the booster, I pulled what I thought was a SW MHI AA tank...BUT, it's on a BR JES II Missle Carrier base. The dial, however, is for the SW MHI!

What exactly is the rules from WK on these types of messed up pieces?

It is not legal. The collector number on the dial must match the collector number on the base.

WK does have a replacement policy for such cases though.

Of course, to get it replaced, you'll have to specify which of them you want...
