I thought I'd post this so we could get laughs from somewhere besides the "You might be addicted to MW if..." thread.

Mine?
I used MC2 in a science fair project for AI research and got 5th place at Region. It was funny, because a lot of the judge-nerds knew what I was talking about AND it's what got me sucked into this game and into the Highlanders, as my first piece was a Highlander Uller I bought for $1 so I could use it at my display table. That's also why I openly defend the most agreed-upon "worst piece" in the game.

Weirdest thing ever: Used the MW3 intro movie as an intro to a presentation on the evolution of warfare. Only about 3 people understood the presentation. The rest needed the 8 page glossary to understand what I was saying. Even cited it properly.

when i was in high school my male friends, whom played battletech with my father and i, drove up to my house with a car full of snowballs and demanded a trail of postetion over my dads gundam wing dvds. i thought "ok guys are you not taking this to far?" needless to say i told them to get the heck of my lawn but before i could finish informing them that they were totally insane there 'warship' (picture the tipical ford topaz cramed with highschool seniors) ;broad sided me. no fun

i was willing to forget the said tragedy but they continued to bring it up in the following weeks before x-mas. so i desided i would pay them back

to make a far to long story sort the next week saw them annihalated. proving once and for all girls move and shoot in snow coverd better than males
