The whole ranged attack/multiple targets/full damage thing aside for the moment, which do you think will be more devastating to infantry formations, anti-personnel, or full strike?
My vote is for full strike just because it gets you when you've got a mech pinned down and primed for capture or other nastiness. That and it is easier to time the attack without pushing or other maneuvering.
Anti-P is way more versatile. How often are you going to get based by infantry that aren't basing each other. What a waste of the opponents orders. If they actually base you with 2 squads of infantry, you'd better be running regardless - just do the break away damage and avoid capture. The only time I think Full Strike is going to be better is if you manage to base 2 vehicles with 1 mech. People won't base you in a manner to let you use Full Strike, so you'll have to set it up.
