Now that's a new mod! Doesn't look like it even has the hatchet anymore...unless that's some modified form of a hatchet in its left hand...

Looks like this Valiant isn't meant as a light brawler. If the dial of the 'Mech is correct, it doesn't sport a hatchet at all. It has a ballistic and an energy type attack, looks like a regular 'Mech for its point value.

The lower left arm has all the appearance of the lasers found on the original Cougar sculpt - also, gives the impression that AVs won't be that low without a special pilot, since a starting AV of 8 seems pretty good for a SW to start on - if it bezerks at 9, that means you could boost this guy pretty easily. I reckon that's the dial it's meant to have, not a mock-up, since it feels "right" for the points...
