True... but they make up only a small portion of the mechs out there...

No serouisly look, the Thor's cockpit nub is now clear instead of solid like it was in FFE. If you hold it to the light, it shine through!

Is a clear plastic mech an abomination?

If a "cloak" SE was introduced instead of the clear-mech, would it make less belly-churning for you guys?

Maybe Fanpro could bring out a box with clear plastic 'Mechs for BattleTech and call it the Ghost Lance set. If Fanpro hasn't reprinted the Maximum Tech sourcebook, they could actually add void-signature technology to it!

Hey, they could make the box out of clear plastic too, and print the rules on overhead transparencies. That way, unless you were really observant, you wouldn't even be able to find it to purchase it! :)
