Um, I used to be a rabid player of this game. I am just now getting back into it and would like to ask a few questions.

1. How have the Highlanders been doing since Laio?
2. Whats in store for the Highlanders in the future?
3. Is clan Jade Falcon a good set to collect?
4. What are Jade Falcon's strong points?(like highlanders have range and defense)
5. If Jade Falcon's aren't any good, what would be a good clan to start collecting?:)

Highlanders got some VERY nice units.
Highlanders are merging with RoTS.
Good set to collect to get some awesome Highlander units.
Clan Jade Falcon are Jump Jet Happy, with Great Vents and some Nasty numbers.
Stick with Highlanders and RoTS for some nice combos.

Highlanders aye, well first of all avoid Counterassault and stock up on Falcon's Prey. We got very little in the way of useful pices in CA but FP stocked us right up. Pieces I'd recomend you get a hold of are Kava Graves, Dock Stewart, Paladin Defense System, Kite Recon Vehicle, Sniper Teams, Gnome Battle Armor (Elite version), Elemental Battle Armor, and the Kelswa Assault Tank. As for next set so far all we know for sure is we're getting Tara Campbell in a Battlemaster assault mech and the green MHI Hawk Moth Gunship.

For Jade Falcons, well I've always been a Falcon fan so I gave them a try and as a HL player I just couldn't adjust. Their offensive qualities are amazing (Especially their Merciless ability) but their mechs boarder on difficult to play to frustrating with their low defenses and shallow dials. On the upper hand their support is amazing and their Panther mech can be rather good. I'd suggest if you like them fluff wise or for even looks give them a try to see if you like them or hope for better mechs in Age of Destruction.

I also forgot to ask, is Laio any good? I bought two boosters but never got any Laio figurines, neither did my friends. Go figure.:rolleyes: What are Laio's strong and weak points?

Personally I think Liao is amazing. IMHO second only to Dragon's Fury. They've got some amazing mechs, Andzrej Czupek and Jung Chae come to mind. Their Paladin Defense system and Arrow IV are great and they've got osme tough infantry support in their ATVs, Salamanders, Fah Shis among others. PLus the Fanatacism special ability really come sin handy especially with their ATV swarms. On to their strong points, first they have good defense, dood attacks, and great damage. They tend to be a little slow and rather expensive though. They have good artillery support and great mechs. A lot of their mechs don't have salvage either. Down sides are like I said, slow and expensive and have only mediocre heat.

Playing Liao has to be the best experience you can have outside of getting lucky with a women :classic:

As a former Highlander Player I found it quite easy to switch to Liao as the play style was not that different between the 2 IMO
