well, if you tell them you lost it, they may not send you another. that policy is for figures that came broken or incomplete in the boosters.

what about if u break the cilp piece on the VTOLs ?? u know what im talking about ?? the part where the stick goes into the base?

I just opened a pack with a Sylph that had a base broken exactly as you describe. Even if you have the broken piece (which I don't), it would be extremely hard to glue properly. I am sending mine back to WK.
