I would keep the DI AAA and the AA tank together to formation fire the VTOLS out of the sky. Load up the Towed ACs onto the APC and keep them in line with Leo. The Hoverbikes to tie down units and get VC3 if possible. The two HQ is to keep the arty going or bring mass units to fire on one target.

Your idea seems sound to me. Be sure to deploy your Mobile HQ on either side of your Towed AAA for protection from infiltrators.

Otherwise have fun with it.

Now that you mention the infiltrators, I might have to give up the Hoverbikes to get at least 3 SS Special Forces Team so I can counter-infiltrate when I lose initiative.
