I got a AoD booster today. Inside was a "hellfire" phenoix hawk IIC. The tip of one of the wings is clipped off. In addition, I got "Tara Campbell" instead of the correct "Trebor Ydek". Any suggestion of what to do? Can I replace both and get the corresponding pilot card?

First, you can send the figure back to WizKids for replacement. Their policy is posted in the FAQ on the WizKids site (upper right hand corner of the home page has the link).

As for getting the "correct" pilot... Except for the LEs and the Kurita 'Mech, no figure is guaranteed to come with the 'Mech (although it does happen, my brother pulled Tara Campbell and "Caber"). You'll have to start looking for a Trebor Ydek .
