Simple yes or no question, are you participating in the MechWarrior faction recruitment war?

Honestly? Not really...due to the fact that most of the people I can get into MW I've already gotten into MW. Even though nothing would please me more to see House Steiner get the additional units, its not going to happen.

My money is on either House Davion or House Kurita, with Clan Nova Cat as the longshot and Clan Jade Falcon as the dark horse.

Despite my faction recieving no units in the new base set for me to try and convince players, I am doing all I can to recruit players to the Highlanders and Republic factions. Great factions, that have now become more potent due to thier House alliance.

If you are considering the game and looking for a well rounded faction to play, the Highlanders and Republic won't disappoint you. Give them a second look and join the alliance that boasts some real quality units and some real quality players. Loyalist Warflail was the first ever player of the month!

I voted "Yes" because there isn't an "I hope to" option.

I easily agree with Gebus.
Remember the Stats from Faction Wars. If the Rots and HL victories had been added together Bounty Hunter would have been the Newest Norwind Hotshot or Knight of the Sphere. The Loyalist following has some of the biggest diehards and competant players, who have played with some of the worst peices or complete absences from sets.

Also look at the quality of the new Loyalist Units as apposed the the #### we use to get. The Republic/HL will give all the Factions a run for it to say the least. :devious:

Another "I hope to" but I don't know if I'll pull it off. Most people around here play WizKids games already (even if not MW) hence wouldn't count. There is just so many people and most have already been sucked in. :surprised

there should be an option to vote "i would if i could". i would certainly play in such event if i could attend one.

i mean i may be mwrealmer, which gives me an option to vote in polls, but i sometimes just cant. i would really really like to play in such event, but without active distributor there is no OP, where there is no OP there are only games we players set for ourselwes...

i forgot to add, that we do try to gather new players all the time, just without the options OP provide :)

I also voted yes since there is no option for "I hope to help or i want to recruit new players." I'm also not sure if it can be pulled off at my venue because everyone I know already plays MW or another WK game. If they are playing HC or MK then it is probably unlikely they will pick up MW, since most (like me) can only afford to play one game, not a couple.

Another vote for "I hope to" participate. My son has a couple of friends who I can bring, but they will only be able to participate as long as I provide pieces and can drag them along. I do not mind doing that, but they are not the self-sufficient, "paying" customers that this game needs.

Would like to but I'm Saving money for the three marques in the area and Kill &Keep.
