For starters, the House Liao ATV Squad is A LOT better than the Bannson's one. It has several extra clicks of life instead of the largely useless improved targeting, which makes it a better harasser. With a damage output of 1 and no ability to make capture attempts (not speed mode foot), a harasser is all you're looking for from these units.

As for your army, it looks decent enough for what you're trying to do. Personally, I'd recommend dropping the Lock-On Targeting on Black Rose for a second Liao ATV Squad. Not only does this raise your army total to 449pts, but it also gives you another harasser to help prevent your opponent from getting the first shot on the Shrike with an assault order. After one good it, the Shrike doesn't look as devastating, so preventing assault orders early on can really do wonders for you.

Oh well, that's my $0.02 worth.

Drop the lock on targeting. Ive used Blackrose enough to know. I use Electronic Camo for her so I can run behind blocking and setup for a DFA. Also the Liao ATV is much better then the BR one. The liao one has five clicks of life compared to a measly three. Also drop the Kelswa for some more infantry and arty support. The Blackrose is already your hammer unit and can take any mech in a one on one fight.
