well I thought it would be fun to run this army just for the hell of it. I ran a similar army last week and needless to say it had some interesting results.
BR Soilitaire x4
1) J.P. Millhew w/Evade
2) Galedon Grad +2/+1/+0 w/Evade
3) Robinson Grad +0/+1/+0 w/Pulse
4) Albion Grad +0/+1/+1 w/Pulse
and 3 x ROTS Combat Technicians for repairing. Basic strategy was just to run around the board and cause mayhem. Two mechs used for distracting the opponents mechs, one mech to take out vehicles, and one to base and run from infantry. Then all could take turns running back to techs for repairs. It's not solid by any means, but it's fun to use something other than the A-Class camp my giant mech in water and sit all day type armies I see most weeks.
I like 4 BR Solitaires with Millhew, Petros, Turner, and Graves, with decoy, reflective, reactive, and heavy. Add persuader, Fernali and ECM for an even 900 pts. I used this plus BR fp in a 1350 (that's right, I played 945 points in a 1350... friendly game) against the Vede, Angus Drummond, Seka Ward, Gus Edgington, and Jonya "Jab" Sims (sic?) The point total on that side was 1344. I won with 400 points less against 5 Mad Cat IIs! Persuader didn't do much of anything, either.

Why did you add evade cards. The Solitaires already have evade. Personally I would go decoy if I were you.
Solitaire's only keep the evade one click, if they have it the whole time then they can run back for repair while taking no heat. Oh and I got the Solitaires off ebay. They run pretty cheap $2.50-$5 after shipping. I'd rather do that then get a couple boosters with random stuff I can't really use.
